  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Cinnamon Sugar Apples

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 granny smith apples, peeled and cut into medium pieces
  • ¼ cup cinnamon sugar

Toppings

  • 2 cups cool whip or whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. For the pie crust ‘chips’

    1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Bring the refrigerated pie doughs to room temperature and roll out on a cutting board. Cut one dough into 8 triangle pieces.
    3. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake for 5-6 minutes. Flip, repeat, and bake until golden.
    4. Repeat for the second dough.

  2. For the toppings

    5. Make the crumble topping by combining almond flour, salt, honey, and coconut oil.
    6. Cook apples in butter and cinnamon sugar until tender.
