Instructions
- Melt Butter: In a large pan, melt butter.
- Saute Vegetables: Add diced onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and jalapeno. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add Ground Beef: Stir in the ground beef and cook until fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Drain: Drain any excess grease and return the mixture to the pan.
