  • Glaze:

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 34 Tbsp heavy cream or milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 325℉.
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, extending over two sides. Lightly spray with baking spray.
  3. Make Dough: Cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, salt, and flour. Mix until incorporated.
  4. Layer Dough: Press half of the dough into the pan. Shape the remaining half into an 8×8 inch square.
