Noodles:
- 12 lasagna noodles
Filling:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Noodles: Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and lay flat on a towel.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Rolls: Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Roll the noodle with 1/4 cup filling and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Top with Sauce and Cheese: Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
