Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare banana bread batter: In a mixing bowl, mash bananas and mix in melted butter until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour until just combined.
  3. Make cinnamon swirl mixture: In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
