Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Cook the Chicken: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Assemble the Wraps: Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer. On each tortilla, layer fresh spinach leaves, shredded mozzarella cheese, and the cooked chicken strips.
- Wrap and Prepare for Crisping: Roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray to promote browning and crispiness.
- Air Fry the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tortillas become crispy and golden brown.
