- 6 Fuji apples (peeled and sliced)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Crisp Topping:
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter (diced into ½” cubes)
Instructions
- Prepare the Apples: In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- Make the Crisp Topping: In another bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, and flour. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Spread over the apples.
- Cook: Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Then, remove the cover and let it cool for 30 minutes.
