Salad:

  • 1 English cucumber, seeded & sliced into half moons (about 3 cups)
  • 1/2 red onion, diced (about 1 cup)

Dressing:

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: In a large pot of salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cool water.
  2. Make Dressing: Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, dill, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
