  • 2 cups chicken, cooked, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage

Biscuits:

  • 12 oz Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Cook Onions: In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook butter and diced onions until onions are translucent.
  2. Add Flour: Add the flour to the pot and stir well. Continue cooking until the flour just starts to turn golden brown.
  3. Add Broth and Cream: Add the chicken broth to the pot and stir well. Then add the cream and stir again.
  4. Boil Liquid: Bring the liquid to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the Pillsbury biscuits into quarters.
  5. Add Remaining Ingredients: Once boiling, add peas, carrots, shredded chicken, salt, pepper, onion powder, and sage. Stir well.
