Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat and prep – Set your oven to 375°F or preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Mix the topping – Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Step 3: Prep the biscuits – Open the biscuit can and flatten each piece slightly.
- Step 4: Add the fillings – Place mozzarella and pepperoni in the center of each dough round.
- Step 5: Seal the bombs – Pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside and roll into a ball.
