- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
Pumpkin Filling:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Whipped cream for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Pumpkin Filling: In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll crescent dough and cut into two rectangles. Spread pumpkin mixture on one rectangle and top with the other.
- Cut and Twist: Slice the dough into strips and twist each strip. Brush with melted butter.
- Add Sugar & Cinnamon: Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over each twist.
- Bake: Bake twists at 375F for 8-11 minutes until golden brown.
