Banana Bars:
- 2 medium ripe bananas
Peanut Butter Layer:
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- Pinch of sea salt
- 3 tbsp chopped peanuts
Chocolate Drizzle:
- 4 to 5 tbsp dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 tsp coconut oil
- Sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
- Cut bananas into bars – Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Divide each half into 2 parts, resulting in 8 banana slices. Place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Spread peanut butter over banana slices – Spread peanut butter evenly on top of each banana slice. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
- Drizzle chocolate over banana Snickers slices – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-covered banana slices. Freeze on the baking sheet for at least 1 hour until the chocolate sets.

- You can customize these bars by adding a sprinkle of sea salt or extra chopped nuts on top.
