Instructions
- Preparation: Gather all ingredients and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Line it with parchment paper for easy pressing and removal.
- Melt Butter: In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter slowly to avoid burning, stirring occasionally until fully liquid.
- Add Marshmallows and Tonic Water: Stir in the mini marshmallows and tonic water continuously over low heat until the mixture is smooth and the marshmallows are completely melted, ensuring the glow effect activates.
- Remove from Heat and Flavor: Take the saucepan off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract thoroughly for added flavor.
- Add Color: Mix in the neon food coloring of your choice until the mixture becomes evenly and vibrantly colored.
- Combine with Cereal: Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal with a spatula until all the cereal is coated evenly with the marshmallow mixture.
- Press into Dish: Transfer the coated mixture into the prepared baking dish. Using a piece of parchment paper, press and smooth the mixture evenly and firmly.
- Cool and Set: Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until firm and set.
- Decorate and Serve: Once firm, optionally decorate with edible glitter, candy eyes, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips. Cut into squares and serve.

- You can substitute mini marshmallows with chopped large marshmallows if preferred.
- Press the mixture firmly into the dish to ensure treats hold together well.
- Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain freshness.
