- 1¾ pounds chicken tenderloins or boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness if using. In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, salt, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne. Coat chicken with marinade and refrigerate for 6-24 hours.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill, oil grates. Grill chicken for 2-3 minutes, flip, brush with BBQ sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
