  • Author: Lily
  • Total Time: 33 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

Irresistibly Juicy Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious appetizer that combines savory ground beef, fragrant garlic, and rich cheeses wrapped in flaky biscuit dough. Baked to golden perfection and brushed with butter, these cheesy, flavorful bites are perfect for parties or a tasty snack.

Ingredients

Scale

Cheeseburger Filling

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, cubed

Dough & Finishing

  • 1 can Biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy cleanup and prevent sticking.
  2. Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  3. Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and well combined.
  4. Prepare Dough: Flatten each round of biscuit dough slightly with your hands or a rolling pin to create a larger surface for filling.
  5. Fill Dough: Spoon a portion of the beef and garlic mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit. Then, add a cube of cheddar cheese and sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top of the beef filling.
  6. Seal Bombs: Fold the biscuit dough over the filling, bringing edges together, and pinch firmly to seal completely, making sure no filling leaks out.
  7. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place each sealed cheeseburger bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart for even baking.
  8. Brush with Butter & Garnish: Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter for a golden crust and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
  9. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and puffed up, and the cheese inside is melted.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor; garlic powder could be substituted if needed but alters the taste slightly.
  • To ensure a good seal, pinch the dough edges tightly; you can also slightly moisten the edges with water before sealing.
  • Serve warm for maximum gooey cheeseburger experience.
  • These bombs can be made ahead and frozen before baking; bake directly from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to baking time.
  • Customize by adding diced onions, pickles, or your favorite burger seasoning to the beef mixture.
