Additional Ingredients:
- 1¾ cups warm water (about 110°F)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Extra flour for dusting

- Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add flour, salt, herbs, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix until sticky dough forms.
