Instructions

  2. Make the Cake Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until the batter is smooth and well incorporated.
  3. Layer the Batter: Pour half of the cake batter evenly into the prepared pan, spreading it gently.
  4. Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy without lumps.
  5. Add Cream Cheese Layer: Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the first cake batter layer in the pan.
