Description

A flavorful and easy-to-make dish, Mississippi Chicken & Potatoes combines tender chicken, crispy potatoes, and gooey cheese with a hint of tangy pepperoncinis for a delicious meal.

For Potatoes:

  • 4 medium/large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika to taste

For Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 packet Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1/2 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Pepperoncinis or banana peppers, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook in air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season chicken with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning. Cook in a skillet with butter until done.
  3. Combine: Add cooked potatoes to the skillet with chicken. Mix well.
  4. Top & Melt: Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoncinis. Broil briefly to melt cheese, or cover and let sit until melted.
  5. Serve: Enjoy your Mississippi Chicken & Potatoes!
