Crust:
- 25 Golden Oreos, crushed
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- No-taste red gel food coloring (optional)
Cheesecake Filling:
- 32 ounces cream cheese blocks, room temperature
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 16 cookies Oreo Cookies, roughly chopped
- 1 package red or blue pop rocks or a mixture (optional)
- Additional chopped Cookies for topping
- Red, White, and Blue Sprinkles or Candies
- Additional pop rocks for extra pop
Instructions
- Crust: Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter and food coloring. Press into a baking dish and freeze.
- Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and vanilla. Fold in chopped cookies and whipped cream. Spread over crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with chopped cookies, sprinkles, and candies before serving.
