  • 2.5 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 oz. shallot (finely minced)
  • 2 tbsp chopped capers (drained)
  • 2 tbsp minced chives
  • ¼ to ½ tsp coarse sea salt
  • ½ cup olive oil

Instructions

  2. For the salad dressing: Whisk together all dressing ingredients to emulsify. Store in the fridge.
